HOW CAN I HELP?

SITE MAP

The Wiccan Interfaith Council International appreciates any help that our members and friends can give! We rely on your donations of boxed goods, monetary contributions, and generous gifts of time to continue our support services for Wiccans and our Pagan and Heathen members and friends.

Our goal is to allow your donations and contributions to circulate freely among our soldiers in Project We Care and Persephone's Hands prison ministry. Then your act of compassion is always flowing in a circle of positive energy.

Upon receiving your donations and/or your contributions, you'll receive a complimentary issue of our WICI e-newsletter, "Illuminations", which is usually reserved for WICI members only. It's our way of saying, "Thank you so much for taking the time to 'share and care'."

~ A non-profit religious, educational, and charitable organization ~

We hold a 501 (c)(3) Public Charities status ~ (170)(b)(1)(A)(i) ~

with the federal government, effective November 1, 2007,

as a "church or conventions or association of churches".

Incorporated on November 1, 2007 * in the State of Indiana,
as a non-profit religious, educational, and charitable organization.

PROJECT WE CARE

What happens to your donations of books, altar supplies, and divinatory items?

Your donations are collected, boxed, and sent to our Project We Care soldiers - Wiccan, Pagan, and Heathen - deployed overseas in the middle east.

Your monetary contributions go to cover the shipping cost overseas. Each time we package our Project We Care boxes, we also need to cover shipping costs. So yes, once the boxes are ready we send out the call for your help!

Also, as a 501 (c)(3) public charity, all your donations are tax deductable!

PERSEPHONE'S HANDS

Some of your boxed donations also go to Wiccan incarcerated men and women. Recently, the WICI - through interfaith dialog - helped to bring awareness of the pentagram/pentacle as the religious symbol for Wiccan practitioners.

As a result, the Indiana State prison system, through Executive Directive #07-71, now permits the pentagram/pentacle medallion as a religious symbol for its Wiccan inmates.
